Are You Ready for Web Registration?
You might not be ready for web registration...it is highly recommended that students complete the Pre-Registration Checklist and find out before they register. The Checklist will minimize the number or web registration errors and problems.

Web Registration Tutorials
Screen by screen tutorials have been set up to guide you through the web registration process. These sequences will help you deal with problems and have a successful registration.

Find Out When You Can Begin Web Registration
Specific dates and times to register will be assigned based on your student standing.

You need to check the Registration Status Page on MyUH to determine your standing (credit hours) and reference the Registration Time Table to look up the specific date and time you can begin web registration.

Web Registration
Current and former KCC students will be able to register for classes through the web with the MyUH Online System.

Note: MyUH Online Services will be unavailable from 11:00 pm to 2:00 am daily for backup.

Get Help with Web Registration (On-Campus)
Information Sessions and Registration Assistance are available for students who want hands-on assistance with registering online.

If you do not have a computer or access to the Internet, there are a number of open computer labs on campus available on campus.

Where Can I Get Help?
There are a number of places you can get help. Where you should go depends on what you need help with:

General Questions about MyUH Online = Support Documentation:
Help is available once you are logged on to MyUH. Look for the Help icon located on the top right of the screen. Please refer to these help files and support documentation whenever you have questions and _BEFORE_ you call or email for assistance.

General Help w/ Web Registration = Information Sessions:
Information Sessions and Registration Assistance are available for students who want hands-on assistance with registering online. Lab monitors, counselors and KISC staff will be on hand to assist you with the web registration process. [More Information]

Problems Beyond the Help Files & Support Documentation = KISC:
If you need help with something beyond what is covered in the Help Files and Support Documentation, visit the Kekaulike Information and Service Center (KISC). They are located at ‘Ilima 102. Phone: 808.734.9555 or

Problems w/ UH Username or Password = ITS Help Desk:
For problems with your UH Username and Password, call the ITS Help Desk at 956.8883 or toll free from neighbor islands at 800.558.2669. Help Desk hours are: Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 9:30 PM and Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Request for an In-Person Password Reset = Customer Care Center:
If you need an in-person password reset, go to the Customer Care Center in Naio 201. Go to the Listing of Campus Representatives for more information.

Overload Policies
If a class is marked with a "C" (Closed) or indicates no more seats available, you may be able to do an overload request and still get in the class.

Students registering on the web should contact the Academic Departments offering the course for Overload Approval. The departments will be authorizing the overrides and inputting the approval in MyUH Online.
