Transfer Advising

Students planning to transfer to the University of Hawai`i at Manoa (UHM) or another university should obtain the program requirements of their intended school or program of study.

UHM program advising sheets, select mainland school catalogs, and college guides are available at the Maida Kamber Center (MKC) for Career & Transfer Services in Ilima 104.

Students who are also working toward an Associates degree at Kapi’olani Community College (KCC) should obtain the program requirements of their selected program of study. Program advising sheets are available via advisors/counselors.

When selecting courses, students should compare the course requirements of the programs they are interested in. In order to complete all requirements in the most efficient manner, students should consider courses that will fulfill requirements for both programs whenever possible.
